We get more reports now in support about access errors to slysoft.com or errors during the download causing termination of the download before it completes.
There are several reasons for this, none of them being problems on the server itself at slysoft.com
"Slysoft.com cannot be accessed" or similar message: This has been found to be a blacklist default in one or more anti-virus programs offering "web protection"
1. AVIRA is a good example.

2. AVG has a similar sheriff they default with and you have to guess this is why you can't download from slysoft.com.

3. IE9 is known to have a problem with blocking some sites and generate this message: "this program couldn't be downloaded" and "Slysoft.com is not responding".

4. AVAST is flagging slysoft.com as evil and malicious. Contact them to get slysoft.com on the white-list or look for a setting to do that yourself.

Tip: easiest is to get a good browser like FireFox. Seems to fix this issue instantly
5. Once in a great while a mirror to slysoft.com fails but this is relatively rare and would normally generate a 40x HTTP error.
We are sure there are other sheriffs and default-blockers out there and we would appreciate tips to add to this list.
In general, when you can't get to slysoft.com or if you can and cannot download it is most likely a blocking function in your anti-virus or similar tool.
