Casino Royale Problem...

Hey guys,
I have a problem with ripping my Casino Royale blu-ray disc, It's australian PAL but on the back it lists all regions, everything else rips fine, for example the special features are easily played back through VLC, but when it comes to watching the film itself, i see a little bit of the MGM logo and the screen goes grey for the entire movie.

Its odd, i've tryed play back on my other PC and yet its the same problem, i tryed searching the forums and couldn't find anything that matched my problem, sorry if its a repost. my drive is a MASHITA BD-MLT UJ-21OS it came with my Sony laptop.

Alright, it was a codec issue to begin with, I'm getting a picture but now the play back is slow, any work arounds?

Using PowerDVD 7.3 Ultra might help, it plays Casino Royale without problems.
