New error with "Pursuit Of Happyness"?

After trying to backup "Pursuit of Happyness" with AnyDVD 6.1.5.5 and 1ClickDVD COPY PRO (v.2.5.0.9) the process is terminated around 72%.

After reading Slysoft forums I did as suggested, "Rip video DVD to harddisk" however, AnyDVD Ripper errors out consistently at 50% with a popup that reads;
FileIO 3 VTS_01_4.VOB 536033048 372736

After clicking OK, the process aborts.

Does anyone know what this means? Is it a physical problem with the DVD?

I am using an AOpen DVD drive, but have never had any issues previously with AnyDVD and 1Click DVD copy products with this drive.

Odds are you have a bad disc. Try running VSO Inspector on it and see what it sees. It is free and can be found here. The fact that the disc will play in a standalone player, doesn't mean it is good.

Thank you. You were correct. Exchanged DVD and new one works fine.

I just got it today no trouble at all with it i use Anydvd and Clonedvd
