any dvd css removal

Hi Im new to anydvd and clone dvd so maybe Im doing it wrong,, Itreied both using the trial period and found I could copy a dvds no problems,, after
purchasing both any vdv and clone dvd 2 I now get a message when i try to use clone 2 saying dvd has a css protection what do I do? please:(

That means that AnyDVD is not working. Is there a red fox icon in your Taskbar?
