OK, I used the trail version and it worked perfectly...after I bought it now I cant get it to work on a specific movie. I get the error: Unable to open file. I do see the little red fox in the sys. tray. I hope I didnt waste my $$$. Can someone tell me what I need to do...I am hoping when I instaled this that there are a few things I need to tweek.
