I've been trying to clone "stranger than fiction", with the current vers. of anydvd and clonedvd2 running. Clonedvd2 seems to want to take about 365 min. to copy this one. I've had no problems with any other title(s):doh: . Anyone else seen this? (copying to dvd5 with verbatim s/l, shows copy at 63%).

Click the red fox icon in your system tray. Select "status" on the left hand side of your screen. With the problematic disc inserted in your computer, click the appropriate drive tab letter (the drive containing the disc) in Anydvd. In the window below the drive letter, copy and paste the information Anydvd gives you in your post asking for help.

Others haven't reported any issues with this title in Region 1. I would try cleaning the original disc and trying again (you should be able to burn at 12x as well without issue).
 
I'm having this same problem with this title as well as 2 others (The Departed & Def Poetry Jam). It hangs up about 1/3 or 1/2 way through reading & writing the temporary dvd files, giving a huge amt as the time remaining: 365 minutes or so. I left it on all night & when I checked in the morning it had only moved 2%. I was able to copy the same dvd's using my laptop & an older version of clonedvd (2.8.5.1) with no problem in the normal time, 20 minutes or less. I thought at first it was because the new version of clone & any dvd are on my new pc w/ vista, but the same thing happened when I ran as administrator & both are not being restricted at all. I was able to use anydvd's "rip dvd" to copy the videots files with no problem, so I think for some reason the new version of clonedvd is lagging or timing out. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to correct this. My laptop has suddenly decided not to read dvd's either from the onboard dvd drive or the portable dvd-r drive (well, anydvd reads them, but clonedvd & windows explorer won't recognize them. when it rains, it pours). so I can't use it anymore until I fix that. Here's the anydvd report using the vista machine w/ the newest version of clonedvd & anydvd:

update: installed new version of anydvd on the laptop (winxp) and got my dvd drive going again, Stranger Than Fiction seems to be doing fine, here's the anydvd report:
