I have purchased this blu-ray of the film:

I thought it would have been decrypted by now (I have a Region B PowerDVD on my pc where I watch my blu-rays).

Ah, thank you very much! This did the trick.
Weird! I hadn't got a message from Anydvd that said there is an update available. I usually do (I think).

That is because these two versions could not connect to the server at all. Meaning they didn't know the update even exists.
