Zune HD

you shouldn't have to use any zune hd specific formats if you're running the Zune desktop/sync program. It'll take mp4, avi etc - and convert your pristine 1+ GB size movie in whatever screen size, and will convert it to the smaller sub 200MB mp4 file size that Zune prefers - automagically ;)
