AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, Netflix is not available in HD for the time being.
Situations like this will always happen with AnyStream: streaming providers are continuously improving their countermeasures while we try to catch up, it's an ongoing cat-and-mouse game. Same as you did when you first installed AnyDVD onto XP:
1. download the installer from the main slysoft site http://www.slysoft.com/en/download.html
2. Install AnyDVD and reboot your machine
3. Double-click your key-file you received from slysoft when you purchased AnyDVD
4. Success, Enjoy!
If you no longer have your AnyDVD key-file you can get a replacement copy: https://secure.slysoft.com/lostkey.php
Key recovery requires you have access to your original email address you used when purchasing AnyDVD. If you have changed email since you need to tell slysoft via the regular support that you've changed email addresses.
