Xbox question

ive looked all over the forum but when i search all i get is xbox 360 stuff... i have the original xbox and all the movies ive burned doesnt play on it, it plays great on the ps2 and dvd plays just on the original xbox why is that?

i don't think an unchipped xbox1 can play any videos, other than maybe wmv.

if its chipped, it should be able to lay xvid, divx etc; from clonedvd-mobile i know mine do 8)
