Won't record on DVD- Media

This is a new problem. I have been sucessfully burning to DVD- discs. Now Clone DVD will not recognise the blank media and record the ripped DVD file. I am using the latest version of the program on a new HP media center 8000 desktop

Thanks for any help:D
