I was fine with 6.2.01 but it gets me blue screen after upgraded to 6.3.00 after rebooted. After down grade to 6.2.01, it works fine.

Blue Screen?

That should not have happened. Most likely a driver conflict that runs at startup, possibly an Anti-Virus Program driver. You don't have Norton do you? Just a guess.

Windows XP Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD)

@ williamw,

When a Windows XP Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD) occurs an Error Message is displayed. This Error Message can be used to diagnose why the Windows XP Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD) is occurring.

The below Web Link provides information on how to diagnose the cause of the problem and fix the problem ->

http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/Windows-XP-Blue-Screen-Death-STOP-Codes-t43519.html

Additional amplifying information can be obtained by performing a Google Search (http://www.google.com) on the BSOD topic.

Coaster

By the way, I run Norton 360 currently, and have run Norton Anti-Virus and Firewalls for the entire time I have had ANY computer. I have never had any issue with any program conflicts. Why does everyone always have negative commentary about these products.

Because they are overpriced, they consume WAY too much space and they don't work all that well.
