Windows 11 ARM Won't Run Anything?

I tried installing AnyDVD (and all of the apps) on a Windows 11 ARM virtual machine (Parallels). The installation was fine, but when I run the application I get the same error message for all of the programs. It was an IO error.

All of the apps ran fine under Windows 10, but that was an Intel machine running in a virtual machine.

I'm assuming that the ARM version of Windows 11 is the problem but would appreciate it if anyone could confirm this or possibly offer a fix.

I could be wrong, but I believe anydvd simply won't work on ARM machines.

AnyDVD is a driver based on Intel (compatible) hardware. No chance it works with an ARM machine.

It doesn't seem to be possible to post the log because the fox icon doesn't load in the tray. Thank you noner the less.

Just FYI, the error I get is: "Failed to Initi ElbyCDIO"

If your system is based on ARM, then AnyDVD simply won't work on it, since it's based on the Intel (or compatible) hardware such as AMD.

However, @James the AnyDVD developer, would have the final word for your situation, but I think that @coopervid is right.

I know James will tell you but it's a fact, AnyDVDHD will not work on ARM machines.
