Why Reclock icon stays always yellow?

Hi,
I`m using MPHC with madvr and reclock configured as here
The HDTV is changing automatically to 24p, and the Reclock seems to be runing ok, but still I lose 1 frame/40sec, and the icon stays yellow all the time,
It becomes green only with audio files, so I know its all about the video,
I`m using a Samsung 40'' LCD, and Nvidia 8800GT, Auzentech Prelude no bitstreaming,
I tried several geforce drivers..
The video is smooth though, but still I hope not to lose any frame..

Disable "slave reference clock to audio". It is for debugging only.

Thank you, I didn`t see it mentioned anywhere,
It seems to work, on some video I have the flashing green red, but still loosing only a frame/hours, so I guess is ok..

Read the manual. The red - green thing is explained there.
