After ripping this blu-ray to iso I have hundreds of playlists showing up. I'm trying to determine which playlist is the correct one.

The AnyDVD status window should display the correct playlists (three are mentioned, I can't say if two of them are still bogus or just some extended cut or such, but that should limit the candidates).
Also, if you're using CloneBD, the nonsense playlists should not show at all.
