What's the best way of burning Blu-ray discs?

Hi,
I've just purchased a UK Samsung BD-P1000. It wouldn't play my BD-R discs so I burned and installed the 1.2 firware and it now plays most of my bd-rs fine, however there are a few of my burnt bd-rs that won't play, despite being the same brand of disc etc. All discs play fine on my PC. Can anyone explain this?
My burning process: I obviously have AnyDVD HD running in the background, and use Cyberlink BD Solution to create, and then burn an ISO image onto my discs. Is this the best method of writing bds?

Many thanks,
Pete
