What is aggressive i/o mode??

AnyDVD settings -> program settings -> aggressive I/O mode -> right mouse button.

It is required if you intend to use certain 3rd party programs with AnyDVD.
 
how can I stop the "Aggressive I/O mode" message from popping up all of the time? This started happening after I downloaded the latest update.

In the picture right above your post, what does the last line read with a check box next to it: Show "Aggressive I/O Mode" warning

Did you remove the check from that box?
