Hi, I'll fly to Manhattan for 2 days and possibly on that occasion I can buy a prepaid card that works.

Master and Visa Card in Germany were refused

Some have said the green dot money card works after you get the physical one in the mail, but i doubt they'll send one back to germany.

Define "refused", if its error 66 > call your bank and tell them to let the next purchase you're making from chinese origin go through.

Or use one of the virtual currency methods.
