Can anyone help,

On boot up this morning my BDDVDRW & BD RE don't work
I got this:

AnyDVD HD 7.3.8.0
WARNING!
No DVD Drive detected!
Possible reasons:
1,- You don't have a DVD drive, buy one
2,-You haven't rebooted after AnyDVD installed, please restart
3,-Your external DVD drive is off
4,-There is a problem initialising the AnyDVD driver, uninstall AnyDVD... Reboot ... install AnyDVD...Reboot

I tried these suggestions to no avail (the drives are internal LG's)

Device Manager has:
"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"

Windows troubleshooting & Microsoft Fix It did no good either :confused:

Please post an AnyDVD sytem information log (available through the start menu).

Ok ...

1/ went into bios and changed the 2 BD drives to hotswaps (they were disabled)... upon reboot windows repair appeared
2/ ran this and it said drivers were corrupt ..etc, but couldn't repaired them and I'd need to send of info to Microsoft for further help
3/ I rebooted ... and then screen said "reboot again to save changes"?

Now both BD drives are OK and fully working?:)

After running that MS Tool all you need do is reinstall AnyDVD over the top of the version you are using and it will be fixed.
