After a few hours of playing around and checking everything I could think of I was able to find the problem. It turned out to be the CloneDVDsoftware, after reloadiing the software 3 times it started to work. It would not show the DVD drive on the dropdown bar, but I was able to browse and add it. It has now cloned the DVD and is burning it.
I have been using the CloneDVD2 for some time and now when I try to create a backup copy for a DVD I get the following message.
uable to create directory: F:/
details: OSUtillO [WString]
What do I need to do to fix this problem??
I have sent two (2) emails to Slysoft support and did not get a reply!!!!
