Virtual PC 2007........Free
For those that want to try Vista and maintain your XP OS on the same PC. Virtual PC allows you create and run one or more virtual machines, each with its own operating system, on a single computer. This provides you with the flexibility to use different operating systems on one physical computer.
 
Thank you - I was planning to search the Microsoft website for this. You saved me the hassle. :)

Now where did I put that Windows 98 cd ...
 
I haven't tried it, myself, but I've heard some good things about VirtualBox which is open source. It's got a small installer [~12 megs for the Windows versions] and is supposedly very speedy.
