Video broken into chapters

Hi There,

I have numerous instructional videos that I use Clone DVD Mobile to turn into a movie file. Most work great and I have one file to select to see my video however, some of them are broken into individual files that are the chapters. Why is this happening and can I overcome this?

Simple, uncheck the box on the final screen that said to create a video for each chapter. That's all there is to it.
