Very slow encoding with an Omen laptop with GTX1060 MaxQ

Hello, I have an issue with encoding Blueray very slow (4-5 fps) and at the same time my GPU is undersused at 10-15%.
I have installed the latest Nvidia drivers.
What could be the causes of this issue?

Did you activate hardware de- and encoding? Look at the picture:

You need to activate CUDA on your Laptop in the settings.

Please check and reply.
 
Everything seems to be working. I also checked that this GPU should support NVENC. Please post a cbdlog file of a BD movie.
 
It's not created until you tell CloneBD to create one after the encoding is finished. It's a blue button on the final summary screen.
 
OK my bad, I didn't tried 1.2.9.1, are the performance 10 times better between 1.2.8.1 and 1.2.9.1?
 
Are you trying to downconvert? The bug is limited to that function.
