[UX] search results should be disabled during download on non-plus version in non-Prime tabs

Currently Disney & flix search results are enabled and clickable in the non-plus version during a download, don't know if clicking through would cause internal problems, but I didn't really want to find out ;) Here's what I mean:- upload_2023-1-3_17-3-53.png
