Uninstall GameJackal

uninstall GameJackal v4.1.0.5 from Windows v7.
Problem: After installing GameJackal, I can't use AnyDVD, or SimCity3 anymore
Windows, or my self do not have anymore access to the cd/DVD drive.
I just like to get rid of the program.
Any help appreciated
PS: I did already try the GameJackal v4.1.0.5 uninstaller no luck.

Have you also tried to uninstall is Safe Mode?
Click F8 (repeatedly if needed) on bootup to enter safe mode.
Or, go to Star > Run > type msconfig and click ok.
Go to the Boot tab, and select Safe Boot : With Network

This is usually caused by an issue with the driver stack. If you open the device manager (start menu, type "device manager"). Under dvd/cd, is should display the broken drive. Remove this using delete and the scan for new hardware.
