Error Message "Unable to Read files from D drive" while using CloneDVD mobile

This is the details that I get from the Error Message:
DVD Manager 522 Common 3 1 8

I have had sucess in the past using this program now it doesn't seem to work. I check AnyDVD and it states that the DVD is in the D drive.
