I have one dvd I need to make a few copies of; unable to obtain free trial key or purchase one.

This when I try to get trial key.

Both images are separate problems. The top one (12029) means something is blocking AnyDVD's to the internet. Usually a firewall. The second one happens when it takes too long for your browser to connect to the url. (The url however works fine).

You're not using a satellite ISP (like excede) are you?
