Unable to copy Winnie the Pooh Game

Hi,

I have a toddler learning game, called "Disney's Winnie the Pooh Primeros Pasos." It is from Mexico.

Original from Mexico.

Intel Pentium III 797 MHz, 512 MB RAM

Reading with Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-109

Writing with Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-111D

Norton AntiVirus 2010 Version 17.5.0.127. I turned off Auto-protect while copying.

Used Taiyo Yuden silver laquer CD-R.

Burned at 8X.

Copied On-the-Fly.

Used Protected PC Game mode throughout.

CloneCD does not complain at any point.

Uninstalled Virtual Clone Drive. Turned off AnyDVD.

No error messages. Game copy just won't work.
The drive light is on and seems to be loading,
but it never gets started, after the splash screen
where I click to start.

Any help would be appreciated.

Filters

I find the following:

Name: Lower Filters
Type: REG_MULTI_SZ

There doesn't seem to be an "Upper Filters" entry.


I should also mention, the disk I'm trying to copy is not some cheap Mexican knock-off. It was bought at a Disney store, and is the genuine article. The original is in good condition and works fine. And it will continue to do so until my son destroys it; thus the need for a copy.
