Unable to copy The Lion , The Witch and the Wardrobe

I am unalbe to copy The Lion , The Witch and The Wardrobe to .m4v or Apple format. It crashes as soon as it starts on 1.7.0.0.
The second film in the Chronicles of Narnia, Prince Caspian, copies fine. Any ideas?
