unable to copy CATS 2019

I am using anydvd version 8.4.9.0
When the disc is about 50% finish I received this error

I also I am using Clone DVD 2.9.3.6 version

My DVD processed fine. So, it could be something specifically with CloneDVD or you've got a bad disc. I just ripped to HD with AnyDVD, though. Try doing that and see if AnyDVD fails to extract the files, too. If it does, you've probably got a bad disc or a bad drive.

Your disc and / or drive is dirty and / or defective.

There is a newer CloneDVD beta you could try, 2.9.3.7. https://forum.redfox.bz/threads/clonedvd-2-9-3-7-beta.78320/

Doubtful it would work with this DVD, James already said what was wrong. Updating might be helpful with other DVDs in the future.

2.9.3.6 is from Sept 2019, 2.9.3.7 is from Mar. 2020.
