Unable to backup Swimming Pool

When trying to backup "Swimming Pool," while still reading it (before it starts writing), I get a "Data cyclic error" at 86%. I've tried changing the settings to "Slow & Quiet" but still nothing. I've tried RIPping it too, and still the same error. Any ideas of what else to try??

Yeah, thats what I was thinking too. I've tried cleaning the surface a few times, and still nothing. I may have to return it and get a new copy to see if that does the trick.
 
You could try some other software but my money would go with a bad source disc.
 
Well so far, Slysoft's products have worked near perfectly for me. I would bet on the disc, which I'll get a new copy of.
