U-571 Problem

I ran anydvd hd to rip U-571 to hard disk. The files created could not be read with POWER DVD ULTRA. I have a new computer and only ripped one other movie which was CHICAGO and this worked fine. Chicago is Blu-ray and U-571 is HD. U-571 plays fine when POWER DVD plays it from the original disk so the disk is good. The symptom is that when I go to the disk location of the files, the files are not recognized and I can't start the movie.

Since I'm new to this I probably did something wrong but what? I had no trouble with CHICAGO.

Anyone please help.
