• AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, Netflix is not available in HD for the time being.
Situations like this will always happen with AnyStream: streaming providers are continuously improving their countermeasures while we try to catch up, it's an ongoing cat-and-mouse game. Please be patient and don't flood our support or forum with requests, we are working on it 24/7 to get it resolved. Thank you.

I have been trying to log onto www.redfox.bz and no matter which browser I use I get a message: error could not load page. I have turned off all my virus protection and site blockers and still cannot get through. Could it be my provider? I can get to the site on my cell phone. I wanted to buy the current AnyDVD HD but cannot get to the site to purchase.

@TexasStar
  • Please start a command prompt (Start/Run cmd.exe)
  • enter the command tracert www.redfox.bz
  • copy the output and paste it to me in a private message (click my foxy avatar and 'Start a Conversation').
Do NOT post your tracert result here!!!

I hope that TexasStar and wdavis get their ISP issues resolved in a timely manner.
A day without Redfox is paramount to a day without sunshine or oxygen.

Did you try to clean your cache? Make sure you are using the url above http://www.redfox.bz, and not the old Slysoft.com url. What browser are you using, you can clear the cache in Chrome very easily. Or run a freeware product called CCleaner.

I did not Still cannot get to site
Did you do as @Ivan said here.

If not please do so the issue(s) can be found and resolved. Without this information by you. There is no way for them to fix it. As I'm not having any issues with the site myself either.

@nebostrangla: he already sent me his trace route. I can even post it here since there is no secret in:
Code:
Tracing route to www.redfox.bz [93.190.142.127]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 192.168.1.1
2 * * * Request timed out.
3 * * * Request timed out.
4 * * * Request timed out.
...

So definitely not a problem with our server setup.

Thanks so much. Still cannot get on site. Calling Exede tech support Monday.

I'm having the same problem with my Dish Network ISP (I believe they are using Exede). So I tried my cell phone (Verizon). Connection no problem. So I thought I would download AnyDVD HD, version 8080 to my e-mail via Verizon using http://forum/redfox.bz/setupanydvd8080. Unsuccessful.

Maybe version 8080 hasn't been posted on forum site yet?

BTW, I'm still using iPhone 4, which does not support version 8 of their software. Maybe that's my cell phone problem?

Please use Tor Browser as a workaround for the messed up routing of your internet carrier:
