Trouble downloading Clone CD

I am attempting to download the trial version of CloneCD from their website.
It shows that it downloads properly but when I open it I get the following:
Unable to load device driver. Please restart CloneCD. I restart and still get
the same message.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

What do I need to do.

From what you telling it downloaded correctly so your posting should say something like unable to install CloneCD instead.
And it sounds more like a firewall or A/V or Malware detection program is blocking the service from running? What A/V or Malware program are you using?

Uninstall CloneCD (Start->Program Files->SlySoft->CloneCD->Uninstall)
Reboot
Install CloneCD again
Reboot the system before opening CloneCD.

Trend Micro for visus program.
malwarebytes for spyware
also spywareblaster.

The program evidently loads properly but when I click on the icon to open he
program it opens them immediately I get the message: Can not load device
driver.
