Not only are we expected to fix Windows issues but once in a while we get requests for information that leaves us "stunned".

Here is the first one I wanted to share:

do you have dvd shrink 2009 ?if so where do I look

On top of requests demanding a key for CloneDVD "4" I think this one should also be shared.
