If you exit out of AnyDVD (right click on the fox icon down by the clock and choose 'exit') is the disc then seen in Windows?

Hey, sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Been busy. Anyways no, the disc is not seen in Windows when I exit AnyDVD.
 
Then it's not an AnyDVD problem but either a dirty and/or defective disc and/or drive. It's that simple.
