Follow these steps in order:

Drive (Hardware) Region: 0 (not set!)

1. i. Right click the fox on your toolbar. Exit Anydvd
ii. Click start. Right click on "My computer"--->select "properties".
iii.Click on the 'Hardware' tab--->click the 'device manager' button.
iv. Open the dvd/cdrom branch---> right click on your optical drive
v. Click "properties".
vi. You should have a region tab. From there you can select a region.
vii. Select the region that matches the region on the disc
viii. Start Anydvd

Changed firstplay: Jump directly to Title 1!

2. Disable "Remove Annoying Adverts and Trailers" in Anydvd. It doesn't work properly with all discs.

InCDPass (system32\drivers\InCDPass.sys), Version: 5.7.0.0 (5.7.0.0)
Company: Nero AG
Product: InCD
Copyright: Copyright 2007 Nero AG and its licensors
Description: Nero InCD RW Filter Driver
Trademarks: InCD is a trademark of Nero AG
FileVersion: 5, 7, 0, 0
ProductVersion: 5, 7, 0, 0

incdrm (system32\drivers\InCDRm.sys), Version: 5.7.0.0 (5.7.0.0)
Company: Nero AG
Product: InCD Reader
Copyright: Copyright 2007 Nero AG and its licensors
Description: Nero MRW Filter Driver
Trademarks: InCD is a trademark of Nero AG
FileVersion: 5, 7, 0, 0
ProductVersion: 5, 7, 0, 0

3. Uninstall Nero's Incd (not all of Nero, just Incd), and ensure the two entries I quoted no longer appear in your filters. Incd is packet writing software and may interfere with Slysoft software (and also other software). If you require drag and drop functionality, use dvd-ram instead, which is more stable.

If you can't figure out how to remove the filters, do this:

i) Create a backup of your registry
ii) Download imgburn. It's a free program: http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download
(it's also an excellent program imo)
iii) Go to Tools > Filter Driver Load Order. Select "InCDPass". Click "Remove Selected Filter". Select "incdrm". Click "Remove Selected Filter" Click "ok".
iv) Reboot

4. Click the red fox icon on your toolbar. Click "default". Click "ok".
Also please ensure the A.I. scanner is set to default (click red fox icon-->navigate to "video dvd"-->"settings"-->"Automatic (default)")
And disable logging under "program settings").

5. Use the latest Clonedvd: click http://static.slysoft.com/SetupCloneDVD.exe

6. Follow the steps from this link in order: click http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=476

7. If you still have problems, then . . .

A) a)Click the red fox icon on your toolbar.
b) Navigate to "Program Settings".
c) Click "enable logging".
d) Click "ok".
e) Put the problematic original disc in your optical drive/reader.
f) Go to your My Documents folder
g) You will see a zip file called "Anydvd_Info_titleofmydisc.zip"
h) When replying or posting in the Slysoft forums, look for the icon that looks like
attach.gif

i) if you don't see that icon, click the "go advanced" button. You should see that icon now. Click the paperclip.
j) a small pop-up screen should appear (if it doesn't please ensure your browser is enabled to allow pop-ups from the Slysoft forums)
k) click the "Browse" button, and locate and select the .zip file you created.
l) click "upload"

B) State the full a)error message(s) you encountered (click "details"), b)tell us what program(s) you were using when you received the error message(s), and c) describe in detail what you were doing when you received the error message(s). What problem are you having exactly?

C) Download Nero cd-dvd speed. It's a free program. With Anydvd running in the background, select the tab labeled "scandisc". Select the appropriate drive letter, and click "start". If Nero cd-dvd speed reports read errors, your disc is (probably) bad and needs to be exchanged--even if it plays fine (or your optical drive could be slowly dying).

WriteDVD 10 11 W2 <-- Error now

I am using a HP Desktop, with 2 - 500GB 7200 RPM Hard drives and 1 - 300GB 7200 RPM as the main HD. I also have 4 GB Ram and Windows Vista Home Premium...

I had no choice in the OS, it has been working up until I updated Any DVD to Version 6.3.0.3 I found that you had a beta 6.3.0.8 and it still is not working? I even had the older version of DVD COPY2 and Just found an update and put the newest beta in and still not working!?!?

WriteDVD 10 11 W2 <-- Error now

Anydvd works perfectly fine with those titles. And the Writedvd 10 11 W2 error has absolutely nothing to do with Anydvd since Anydvd doesn't burn.

Did you remove Incd like I told you to?

Did you follow the steps exactly as I stated?

from Frequently Asked Questions (READ BEFORE YOU POST)

9. I'm getting Writedvd 10 11 W2 errors. Why?

a) Are you using junk blank media? If you're not using Taiyo Yuden (8x and not Valueline), Verbatim,, or Maxell Broadcast Quality, then chances are the answer to this question is "yes". Stay far away from Memorex, Princo, Ritek, regular Maxell, Fuji, etc. that are not made in Japan.
b) Click this and read FULLY (because the same advice applies)
c) Remove packet writing software from your system (including Directcd, Incd, drag to disc, DLA, etc.)
d) Click this and read
e) Do steps 3 and 4 from here (note that step 4 requires you to post information, and this step could be the most helpful in getting your situation resolved)
