What's the record from the time a log is submitted to the time a fix is released? You and your staff are great.
Did yours show a playlist? I have 18.104.22.168 and do not see a playlist still. Also having this issue with Cars 3. Am I missing something?
You will only see AnyDVD show a playlist if it knows the correct one AND there are MANY essentially identical feature-length playlists on your disc, which is what the ScreenPass protection method looks at the disc structure level. If you have many, many playlists and no display of a good playlist in AnyDVD status, please submit a logfile so the developers can work their magic and update the Online Protection Database (OPD) so that others can benefit from the information you submitted.
If there are only a handful of identical or near-identical feature length playlists, that is usually the feature with or without an introduction, or the feature has on-screen text (signs, letters, newspapers, etc) that is shown in different languages depending on the language you choose when you view the movie.
