I bought an new computer and reinstalled AnyDVD and now every movie I try to copy keeps coming up with this message. It is set on Region 1 and as soon as I put the disc in the AnyDVD scans it and it comes up with this:

Sorry I thought I had added it. Here is the log file.

That's probably your culprit right there. You need to set your drive hardware region. Make sure you EXIT anydvd completely before you go into device manager.

Thanks it worked. I did change it but I think your right I did not go out of AnyDVD. So tried again and now no error message!!!
