I'm having a problem getting AnyDVD 8.6.2.1 to even read the disc. Not having any issues with any other dics. Is anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks
I used anydvd 8610 for a dvd and used clonedvd2 to copy -no problems-I am in region 1. You may have a bad disk but can you post a log file if possible. Maybe just restart your pc and see if that helps.
It is not possible to create one when AnyDVD cannot even read the disc. Can you try: -disable AnyDVD and insert the disc again. Look into Windows Explorer, can Windows read the disc? -are there any scratches or dirt on the disc? You can try to clean it using microfiber cloth, water and fluid soap. -What drive is in use? The model, is it external, internal?
