Ripped the big sick and when watched on tv several sections will not have sound
or a blurred picture. A special window comes up to tell you that there is nothing wrong with the dvd. Tried to rip it again on any dvd 8.2.1.0 and got error message that css keys cannot be
cracked. Any suggestions?

No sound+special window: sounds like cinavia. Welcome to the post 2012 world :)

As to the other issue: https://forum.redfox.bz/index.php?threads/52659/ read that and try again. Pay close attention to step 5
