System Crashed and Lost Key

Any suggestions as my computer crashed and my key was in the process of transferring?

where is the drop down?

 

I was told to contact Elaborate Bytes for my Clone DVD but haven't heard a thing

 

I didnt know you bought it , or what you bought, contact Elaborate Bytes again, how long has it been? You didnt see the dropdown box in the link I gave you?

Look again and press the arrow I pointed too. Choose a catogory, please
