Swamp Thing (1080) Not Being Read

I've got an old DVD for the movie Swamp Thing. It comes with 2 NTSC disks... one formatted for old television and the other labelled '1080p'... which is letterboxed. Both play fine on a DVD player.

The 'television' one ripped fine. But the 1080p disk is not even being read by AnyDVD.

Since it is not being read by AnyDVD I can't send you a log, can I?

So... how do I troubleshoot?
 
1080p isn't a DVD. Not in the ntsc nor pal standards. That's Blu-ray only. You got a Blu-ray drive in your system?
