stuttering Videos

    I recorded a few videos from NF und discovered this problem: after a couple of minutes the Videos began to stutter with my Samsung TV.
    I started Avidemux (2.7.6), imported these Videos and converted them to mkv, only changed the container from mp4 to mkv and with the resulting video the stuttering had disappeared.
    It even works with mp4 as input and output.
    Any idea what's the reason?

    thats not a anystream problem thats the other software's problem!!

    Do the mp4's play fine with VLC for example on your pc? If so, not an AnyStream problem and Samsung has a problem with the file
