I have been using AS for awhile and you guys hit another homerun with this product! Been around since Slysoft and moved immediately to RedFox and also AS.

I have searched this forum and quite a few google searches before I went with this post. I can usually learn from previous posts and I don't post much, but this has got me STUMPED!

My issue...so much more than just sub-titles.....there is a voice that explains each and ever scene...like a voice narration of the entire show. It even talks in conjunction with the actor as well, sometimes.

I cannot fathom why. For example, I downloaded a movie (Firestarter) from Prime and now a series from P+ called Tulsa King. Everything is a mp4 and I have used multiple players to make sure it was not them.

Is this a setting in AS or somehow turned on in the stream or is it from the provider? It is just too much as it FILLS the show with a non-stop voice like telling me he, "turned a doorknob right after he picked his nose". Any help would be great!

Yeah, you’ve definitely been downloading descriptive audio. Make sure you have that checked off. About every big US streaming provider has that now, so be careful.
