So still from time to time, on extras which derive from old tv transmissions, I get this effect. I haven't bothered to report it for a long time because I know you tried already, and it's so easy to fix with mkvtoolnix, but anyway, maybe I will give it one more go.
So here is a logfile, several of the bonus tracks had the problem including Bonus #1 just for example
