Almost every backup I make lately stops or freezes during the last half. I have tried "Dvd Cloner III", "DVD Shrink" and lately, using DL media, "Any DVD" and "Nero". I have tried most media manufactures including "Verbatim", "Memorex", "Philips" "Sony" etc.
The DL that I now use are "Memorex" made in Taiwan.
I use a Sony DRU500 to play the DVD and a Sony DRU710 to record. The PC is a Dell 8300, 3Gig P4, running XP pro.
Intrestingly old backups made with "DVD X Platinum" play properly. Any Ideas?
