Für alle Filme wird in CloneBD als Auflösung 1440x1080 angezeigt. Die erzeugten Files sind aber mit der richtigen Auflösung 1920x1080. Ist also nur ein kosmetisches Problem. Hier ein Beispiel Logfile.

1440x1080 is probably the cropping resolution (almost 4:3 aspect ratio, which should be correct for STTNG), which would be used, if you want to crop the picture.
 
I understand. The movies are indeed 4:3 with black bars left and right. In the preview window the resolutuion is displayed as 1920x1080.
 
HD ist 1920x1080 in 16:9 (= Breitbild) und das alte TV-Bild ist 1440x1080 in 4:3, als Bluray.
Beides hat die gleiche Pixeldichte und die gleiche Qualität in HD!
Also alles korrekt.
SD wäre 720x480
