Space 1999: Season 2 issue

CloneBD beta 1.2.9.1 64 has no problem with any of Space 1999: Season 1 blu ray discs

CloneBD beta 1.2.9.1 64 can't properly process Space 1999: Season 2 blu ray discs 1,3 & 4

Starting with Season 2 disc 1 here is what happens prior to CloneBD starting its process

Fragment #01 shows a time of 51:09
Fragment #02 shows a time of 51:09
Fragment #03 shows a time of 51:08
Fragment #04 shows a time of 51:05
Fragment #05 shows a time of 51:02

After CloneBD processes the 5 fragments (episodes) the times have changed on 4 of them.

Fragment #01 shows a time of 1:00:03
Fragment #02 shows a time of 51:09
Fragment #03 shows a time of 1:00:03
Fragment #04 shows a time of 54:11
Fragment #05 shows a time of 1:00:03

Processed files play fine but 4 of them have several minutes of "black screen" that continue to play after the episode ends.

I look into it. It seems our heuristic to remove unneeded pre/post clips didn't consider the black clip.
