Some movies stops at 84% when converting

There are two movies that has done this so far and it stops at around 84% such as kickin it old school and Disturbia. Both are new discs, clean and they both play smooth. This is the error I get:

File 1 D:/VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_4.VOB 23 TCSectorReader

Encoder output:

Try appending the scale filter to your filter list,
e.g. -vf spp,scale instead of -vf spp.

What does this mean?:confused:
